How we work on the

ATAMYA data import

We understand that transparency is key to building trust. Below is an example process outline.

  • 1. Goal definition

    The project goals are defined in consultation with the client, such as whether to adopt the data structure 1:1 or to optimize it.

  • 2. System architecture

    Which systems exist alongside ATAMYA, and how do they interact with each other? Can systems influence the PIM through imports or exports?

  • 3. Data structure

    Based on the legacy data and new requirements, attributes, product families, and, if necessary, product models are defined and created.

  • 4. Data import

    The client's legacy data is prepared according to the new data structure for import into ATAMYA and imported in multiple steps.

  • 5. Quality assurance

    The imported data is reviewed in ATAMYA and adjusted as needed. Then, the interfaces are tested.

  • 6. Go-Live

    After successful testing, ATAMYA and the interfaces are moved into production.
