ATAMYA system introduction

Transparency is important to us! Here you can see how we typically proceed when introducing ATAMYA as a PIM system: clear, structured and tried and tested.

1. Target definition

We define the project goals together with you: Should the existing data structure be adopted or optimized? What requirements do you have for your new PIM system?
2. System architecture

We analyze your system landscape: Which systems exist alongside ATAMYA? Where are interfaces necessary? Which data flows need to be taken into account?
3. Data structure

Based on your existing data and new requirements, we develop a clear structure - including product families, attributes and, if necessary, product models.
4. Data import

We prepare your existing data for import into ATAMYA. The import is structured in several steps - for clean, consistent data in the new system.
5. Quality assurance

After the import, we check the data in ATAMYA and make any necessary adjustments. We then test all interfaces thoroughly.
6. Go-live

As soon as everything fits, your new PIM system goes live - including all connected systems. From now on, you will be working with consistent, centrally managed product data.
